Gingerbread
Ingredients
- 500g of plain flour
- 500g of milk
- 250g honey
- 250g brown sugar D3-BR
- 50g of Butter
- 10g of nib sugar
- 2g of green aniseed
- 2g of cinnamon
- 1g of baking powder
Preparation

Heat the milk until boiling.

Take it off the heat and add the honey, sugar, butter, flour, baking powder and spices.

Mix for 3 minutes.

Put the mixture in a baking tin.

Decorate your gingerbread with pearl sugar.

Bake at 180°C for 50-60 minutes.
