Madeleines, french butter cakes

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 200g Flour
  • 135g Pearl sugar chocolate D35
  • 100g Melted butter
  • 150g Brown sugar D1
  • 58g Milk
  • 8g Baking powder

Preparation

    Prepare the ingredients.

    Beat eggs and brown sugar.

    Add melk and mix.

  • 4

    Add sifted flour and baking powder and mix slow.

  • 5

    Finally, add the cooled melted butter.

  • 6

    Rest the dough in the fridge for 15 minutes.

    Add chocolate pearl sugar and mix slow.

  • 8

    Baking  at 190/195°C for 10-12minutes.
