Madeleines (French Butter Cakes)
Ingredients

- 200g Flour
- 135g Pearl sugar chocolate D35
- 100g Melted butter
- 150g Brown sugar D1
- 58g Milk
- 8g Baking powder

Prepare the ingredients.

Beat eggs and brown sugar.

Add melk and mix.

Add sifted flour and baking powder and mix slow.

Finally, add the cooled melted butter.

Rest the dough in the fridge for 15 minutes.

Add chocolate pearl sugar and mix slow.
- 8
Baking at 190/195°C for 10-12minutes.
